Mark Thompson is a US-based film producer who came up with the idea of helping disadvantaged communities by providing resources through finance and volunteers to build a community centred around music. He and his film crew came up with the idea of a Live Aid-style synchronised broadcast of street musicians filmed in different locations across the globe all contributing to the one tune. In this clip they play ‘Stand By Me’.
