Well done to Damian and all the crew who helped make the Irish Blog Awards such a success.
The evening kicked off at the Cork International Hotel where guests were treated to a generous ‘drinks & canapés’ reception before the event proper, compered by Rick O’Shea who handled proceedings with admirable aplomb combined with a light-touch ‘tongue in cheek’ humour that inspired the enthusiastic and boisterous crowd.
This year the Public Relations Institute of Ireland sent an emissary to review proceedings.
There was even a rumour twittering that thespian twit Stephen Fry had attended proceedings.
A good humoured well organised event that put a smile on all faces.
